The innovative Dutch food branch

For a background reportage about the innovative Dutch food branch Japanese public TV channel NHK sends journalist Ryusuke Kimura to the Netherlands.

He reports about the modern and durable Dutch greenhouse sector, visits the Restaurant of the Future at the Agricultural University Wageningen in the scientific Food Valley district and interviews employees at the laboratories of the Japanese soy sauce producer Kikkoman.

Ryusuke Kimura also visits a huge chicken farm where eggs are produced for medicines and he interviews a scientist from the University hospital in Maastricht about this new technique.
