French buyers are portrayed while they check the quality of the flowers. They explain how the enormous amounts of flowers and plants are processed every day and that the numbers always double around Valentine’s Day.
After the auction the flowers are packaged and loaded into trucks to leave for the wholesale market Rungis near Paris, from where the flowers will be distributed in Paris and France.
