For the summer season Swiss reportage program ’10 vor 10′ asks Europe correspondent Christoph Nufer to make a portrait of Oswalt Kolle. The German sex educator, who became famous in the 1960s for his books and films on human sexuality. His work was translated into all major languages, while his films found an audience of 140 million worldwide.
Kolle has lived in Amsterdam since the 1970s, but prefers to be filmed and interviewed in the harbour of Volendam, a former fishing village located on the IJsselmeer north of Amsterdam.
For this reportage Featurez did the research, set-up and planning, booked a cameraman, accompanied the filming and organised filming in a restaurant in Volendam.
