Since a few years the Dutch are renting out jails to states like Belgium and Norway. Since there are rumours that Switzerland is also interested, Swiss TV wants to produce a background reportages for the news program Tagesschau and for the reportage program 10 vor 10 about the jail in the Netherlands that is used by Norway. At the same time Swiss a research is published that concludes that imprisoning Swiss people in the Netherlands might not be such a good idea.
