The employees run around with a ‘flex-suitcase’ on wheels and a mobile phone to find a free desk. For teamwork there are the ‘island-desks’, for meetings special conference rooms and for individual work the so called ‘cockpits’. Even the management of the company does not have a room of their own. The employees decide themselves when the come in and more and more it is possible to work at home.
