While ten orange Dutch fans from the east of The Netherlands take their crazy orange bus to see the test match Holland-Germany in the Amsterdam Arena stadium, the Dutch and German police is preparing a test to see if all measures work and equipment is functioning for the start of the European Championships 2000.
Besides a portrait of a group of supporters of the Dutch football team, also Amsterdam police press officer Klaas Wilting, journalist Paul van Gageldonk is interviewed about his book about football hooligans from Feyenoord Rotterdam and some Ajax hooligans are interviewed for this background reportage for the program Tagesthemen from the German public TV broadcaster ARD.
