During a press conference in the Hague LTO-president Gerard Doornbos explains why his organisation is against the continuation.
Looking at the way the Foot-and-mouth disease epidemic is spreading there is an urgent need to control the disease. The LTO think the time is right to influence the discussion about the continuation of the non-vaccination at the European level actively.
