The cannabis conference

Since Maastricht, the capital of the Dutch province Limburg, is confronted with a huge wave of drugs tourists and a vast growing cannabis cultivation branch, mayor Gerd Leers decided to organise a special cannabis conference to discuss all the problems and possible solutions with the neighbouring countries, regions and cities.
