The TV-program Monitor from the German public broadcaster ARD is producing a reportage about the German links to the PKK (The Kurdistan Workers’ Party), a Kurdish militant political organization and armed guerrilla movement, primarily based in the mountainous Kurdish-majority regions of south eastern Turkey and northern Iraq.
For the reportage Monitor needs images from an arrest of a group of PKK trainees in the Netherlands in 2004.
For this production Featurez did footage research, organise permission from the Dutch public prosecutor to use the footage and accompaniment of the satellite transfer of the video material.
