Gregory Anthony “Greg” Halman (August 26, 1987 – November 21, 2011) was a Dutch professional baseball outfielder. He played with the American Major League Baseball team the Seattle Mariners during the 2010 and 2011 seasons.
Gregory Halman was also a member of the Dutch national team playing the World Baseball Classic in 2009. On 21 November 2011 Greg Halman was stabbed to death in Rotterdam. He was 24 years old. His brother Jason was arrested by police after the incident.
