DUTCH MUNICIPALITIES TOLD TO STOP ETHNIC REGISTRATION
The Dutch Data Protection Authority (DPA) warns that municipalities in the Netherlands are illegally registering young offenders based on their ethnic background. It has ordered the local authorities to halt the practice immediately. The DPA supervises compliance with privacy laws in the Netherlands.
